 Paprika Oleoresin Plant Description

Paprika oleoresin is the combination of flavor and coloring principles obtained from red chili powder, from the ground, dried pod of mild capsicum (Capsicum annuum L.) via extraction, using one or a combination of the approved solvents which is eventually removed. Although a variety of colored compounds are known to be present, the major coloring principles of paprika oleoresin are capsanthin and capsorubin. Honglv Capsaicin has more than 110000 mu chili plantation base in Yunnan and Xinjiang Province, to guarantee our chili raw material and the cultivation environment and condition, from the very begining. ANd our chili annual output is 22000 tons.
